• Take I-90 East to Exit 15 I-95/Rt. 128 North.
• Continue on I-95/Rt. 128 North getting off at Exit 27B.
• At stop light turn right onto Wyman Street.
• At the next Stop light turn right onto Totten Pond Road/Winter Street.
• Cross over I-95/Route 128 and continue on Winter Street; you will see the Cambridge Reservoir on your right.
• Continue on Winter Street as it turns to the right along the Reservoir.
• Take your next left up the hill following signs toward 850 Winter Street.
• Take your first left, which brings you to the building on your right.  The second driveway on the right leads you to the 850 main entrance.

From the East

• Take I-90 West to Exit 15, I-95/Rt. 128 North.
• Continue on I-95/Rt. 128 North getting off at Exit 27B.

From the South

• Take I-95/Route 128 North to Exit 27B.

• Take your next left up the hill following signs toward 850 Winter Street.
