Chris joined the Council in 1984 and since 2001 has served as president, responsible to the Board of Directors for the successful development and implementation of public policy programs and initiatives in Massachusetts and in Washington, D.C. that help make Massachusetts the world's most attractive place to create, operate, and expand technology businesses.

Chris is directly involved in resolving conflicts and advocating positions on a broad range of state and federal public policy, legislative and regulatory issues. (view Chris' complete bio)

Charlie joined the team in Spring of 2012 to work with DTI's leadership, providing strategy guidance and operational support for DTI's programs and initiatives which work to align the region's federal capabilities to maximize economic growth and offset pending budget reductions.

Joining the Council November 2012, Ron is focused on MHTC and DTI membership growth, outreach, and retention, as well as on increasing the number of members participating in the Massachusetts High Technology Self-Insurance Group (SIG).


Felix Browne, Vice President of Policy and Communications

Joining the Council most recently, April 2013, Felix will help the Council drive policy development and messages around cost competitiveness and talent development and will also support the work of the Massachusetts Defense Technology Initiative.
