Conducted each year since 1987, our Annual High Tech CEO Business Climate Survey asks Massachusetts High Technology Council chief executive officers questions concerning the business climate in Massachusetts for creating, operating and expanding high technology businesses—where they think the Massachusetts business climate is today and in what direction they think it is headed.
It is also the vehicle for how our members let us know which public policy objectives they want us to seek to achieve. Our annual objectives and how we allocate our time and resources are driven by our members' responses in this survey.
