Conducted since 1987, the Council's Annual High Tech CEO Business Climate Survey asks member executives questions concerning the business climate in Massachusetts for creating, operating and expanding high technology businesses, specifically where they think the Massachusetts business climate is today and in what direction it is headed.
It is also one of the main vehicles by which members convey input on the Council’s public policy agenda. Our annual objectives and how we allocate our time and resources are driven in large part by our members' responses in this survey.
