Featured Speaker
We are pleased to introduce our featured speaker, American Enterprise Institute (AEI) Senior Fellow Will Rinehart, who will delve into how state-level artificial intelligence (AI) regulation and administrative agencies are driving AI policy in the United States. During his presentation, he will also discuss the impact of these regulatory frameworks on innovation and legal compliance, and how they may set the stage for broader national strategies on AI governance.
As a senior fellow at AEI, Rinehart focuses on the political economy of technology and innovation. His research covers policy areas such as diagnostic testing regulation, federal agency regulatory guidance, the CHIPS and Science Act, and the regulation of artificial intelligence. He also serves as an expert at the Federalist Society’s Emerging Technology Working Group, which is part of the Regulatory Transparency Project.
